Order Processing Time
All orders are processed and dispatched within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after you receive your order confirmation email.
You will receive a separate notification email with tracking information as soon as your order is on its way.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country.
Beltoria is not responsible for these charges; they are the responsibility of the customer.
Customs Declaration: For international orders, we comply with legal requirements by using accurate yet concise descriptions such as "Fashion Accessory" or "Leather Belt."
How Do I Check the Status of My Order?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification containing a tracking number. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to update in the carrier's system.
If you haven't received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@beltoria.com with your name and order number, and we will investigate immediately.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
Damaged Items: If your belt arrives damaged (e.g., hardware scratches or leather tears), please email us immediately at info@beltoria.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We handle these on a case-by-case basis to ensure a satisfactory resolution.
Lost or Stolen Packages: Beltoria is not liable for packages marked as "Delivered" by the carrier that are subsequently lost or stolen. However, if your package is lost in transit, please contact us and we will assist you in filing a claim with the shipping provider.
