1. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or UK public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

2. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to Japan, South Korea, Singapore, Israel, the United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Norway, Switzerland, Luxembourg, Iceland, Ireland, Denmark, Sweden, the Netherlands, Finland, Austria, Belgium, Germany, France, the United Kingdom, Italy, Spain, Portugal, Greece, the Czech Republic, Slovenia, Slovakia, Malta, and Cyprus. Shipping availability and costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs clearance, carrier delays, or other factors outside our control.

4. Shipping Costs

Orders under $50 USD are charged $10 USD for standard shipping. Orders of $50 USD or more qualify for free standard shipping. Eligibility is calculated from the merchandise subtotal after discounts and before taxes or other charges.

5. Customs & Import Duties

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees applied by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.

We recommend checking with your local customs office for applicable rates before placing an order.

6. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can also track your order using our Order Tracking page.

7. Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at [email protected] within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will investigate and resolve the issue promptly.
